See your last 10 most recent claims and get a detailed view of each. Or look up specific medical, dental and pharmacy claims by member name.
View your member ID card
View the front and back information on your ID card whenever you need to. You also have the option to email the card information to yourself or your doctor.

I love the app other than the map problem. Please fix the mobile app. When you go to search for a doctor it brings up a map which is nice! But you cannot get rid of the map even when you click the drop down bar on the right where it says clear map. It just doesnt clear the map!!! I had to uninstall the app and re install it. Im hoping that will work bit shouldnt have to uninstall the app. Please forward this info to the proper people.
Im not sure what you CAN do with this app, but dont expect to actually be able to look at your benefit amounts or claims. All it shows you in those screens is your name and member number. And good luck if you have to contact them! Glad my $739 a month premium is being well spent. Hey, if theyre not going to use it to actually provide decent medical coverage, at least I can have a crappy app.
Its too stupid to even let me sign in or sign up. Had nothing but problems with this place.
Worthless. I cant even log in .
I give this app no stars due to the fact that every time I try to log in on it, it gives me the message "login failed." When I use the computer to login with the same login info I entered on the app, it logs right in. Think the creators/managers of this app have some work to do. Very disapointed!!
